One of the worst mfg experiences I have ever had. Was quoted $850 for 500 springs (ok). Was quoted $770 for 10 samples to made to ensure proper fit (ridiculous). Was promised fitment and satisfaction in writing or they would redo the production run. Was promised 6-8 weeks for production time. 4-1/2 MONTHS later, 500 springs came in too small and now I'm told too bad; they're within specs. Orders go through NY, sales rep in AZ, springs manufactured in NC (maybe). Wire origin is most likely China. I would not recommend this company or believe anything they tell you.

Lee Springs offers a wide selection of wire springs: stainless steel, music wire, steel, etc... The pricing has been great, but delivery can slip or take longer than expected. The have a great customer support for R&D Engineering when it comes to developing a spring type to work within our specification. Their sales staff can supply the know how, support, quality, specifications, samples and accurate quotes. I have used them over 20 years and expect to keep on using them in the future.

Needs to improve: I found that their WEB site was a bit hard to navigate in, if you do not know the exact size and type it will take you a while, getting formal quotes is frustrating - no good solution.

Our firm has sourced from Lee Spring Co to purchase a variety of torsion and compression springs for some components in our manufacturing process. Lee Spring really has such a wide selection of springs that you really can find everything you need right here. Their online ordering process is very easy and product descriptions are spot on. Our order was fulfilled and we got our products in a very quick time - this is key for us as things are always changing and our capacity varies. The products have been of high quality and we have yet to have any issues with any of the springs. Great vendor and we will continue to use!

Lee Spring is a decent spring vendor with large selections of various spring types (compression, extensions, torsion, etc). Their website allows you to quickly filter down to the type of spring you need. Their are better spring websites out their such as Century Spring where the search, checkout, and CAD model download is easier to navigate. Also, Lee Spring pricing seems much higher than others, so do yourself a favor and shop around before using them.

We've been sourcing component from Lee Spring Co for some time now. So far we've been very satisfied. Their components are pretty good quality and the team themselves are great at working with you to make sure you are sourcing the right product depending on what machine you are working on. Their ordering process is pretty simple and support has been great. Their prices are in line with others in the industry, but their overall partnership is what sets them apart. Would suggest others check them out.

We have purchased both wires and springs from Lee Sping Company in the past. They are very easy to work with and we were also able to get a quick turnaround on a set of custom wires that we ordered. We currently use their compression springs for our dialysis machines main pump door. These springs allow our cassette plate to compress during pressure build up. We order in bulk probably once a month so we have a good relationship with them. What is also great is if they don't have what you want you can give them the dimensions you need and they can custom fabricate your spring.

It was very complex and eventually didn't make the final cut, BUT we went through Lee Spring Co. for a few months and they had everything we needed and more. If you're looking for springs, choose Lee.
