We used them for clinical research for sleep apnea. The technology was easy to use and the results were easy to interpret. Their customer support team is also very helpful in answering questions or changing the data collection process.

Needs to improve: They only specialize in certain types of clinical studies so we can't use them for all of our testing needs.

We contracted Lifewatch to conduct a sleep study that we needed more data on for our R&D. They were extremely well organized, professional and yielded reliable and accurate data. Customer service was pleasant to communicate with as they strove to make sure our needs were met. Quality team and testing facility.
