Maven Communications

I was very hesitant with hiring a PR firm for my startup as we are very small. I started to look around at ways to get the word out and realized that we didn't have the skill set in house. Maven came highly recommended from a larger all-in-one firm. I reached out to Angela and after our first meeting, knew she would have a impact on our growth.

Angela has a great outgoing personality which is perfect for getting the word out. She was able to get up to speed quickly on our company and what we wanted to portray to public, she even worked our demo table at a conference. Since we started to work with her, she has been able to get us coverage with many outlets, pushed our press releases and has made many introductions to connections outside of the PR realm.

You can tell that she really likes working closely with her companies and really invests herself in their success. She has delivered on way more than what we expected from a PR firm of any size. I recommend Maven to anyone that asks me for a recommendation on PR and even ones that don't.

Strengths: Angela has great connections, wonderful attitude and really persistent.

Besides just PR, they can manage your social media presence as well with LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. They make sure we are always sharing relevant topics and gaining followers and influence.

Able to get up to speed on your product quickly

Needs to improve: None that I can think of other than they are small. The small side is also a benefit.
