Service has been nothing short of great in terms of speed and friendliness. It was very high touch, easy and quick setup. This is partly due to the fact that the products/services are not customizable. Overall, I find the service to be a bit too expensive.
Strengths: * Great product + service
* High-touch service from dedicated account exec
* Fast setup and on-boarding process
Needs to improve: * Very expensive pricing - at 5% of gross receipt * Limited service line - there is only 2 products which cannot be customized or changed to fit your need. So if you don't need all the services, you are still paying for the full service price, making it even more expensive for those not needing the entire service suite

MBO is a consulting firm we use for business management expertise. our account manage Rudolph is very knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, and has taken care of us for many years. MBO and Rudolph mainly works with our business management team guiding them through contracting, benefits, billing, tax, regulatory and other general operation issues. they are available monday through fridays via phone or email 5 days a week. their consulting service is not available during the weekend which can be an issue if your company operates 7 days a week and an issue comes up
Strengths: legal entity, tacking company expenses, general business administration, contract negotiation, benefits and insurance, good for consultants, small firms, and enterprise organizations.
Needs to improve: none
We utilize MBO partners for our payroll needs and are impressed with the level of customer service. System is very easy to integrate and should there be any issues, the reps are easy to reach. Quality is assured and will continue to use but it can be a bit expensive compared to others. While I don't need a huge array of options, the products available do seem limited but so far so good.

We used MBOs service which was easy to use and fast. However, it was definitely on the pricier side and would check other competitors before settling on them.
