Medbio

Medbio has been used in our facility for their expertise knowledge of injection molding. We use them to make medical device prototypes and for testing purposes. They offer a wide selection of products in addition to their injection mold service and can pretty much make an injection mold of anything that you want them to provided as long as you provide the design. We have used their molds not only for medical device design but also anatomical testing models for our devices to test with. Their customer staff is very knowledgaeable, friendly, and easy to get to work with. I have no issues recommending them for others to use. They are great to work with and we will continue to use them as a vendor.

Our R&D Engineering has been dealing with Medbio injection molding needs. Their engineering staff has been able to address all of our concerns with respect to: design, materials, process, quality, quoting, delivery times. When you are fighting time constraints it is nice to know there are vendors that are concerned with the bottom line - cost, quality & delivery. Furthermore, StMedbio has expects that can address the simple design to complex, they can suggest ways to lower the price - single tools to multiple cavities. Customer service is great and a large reason why we chose them as they kept us informed throughout the entire process, all while offering additional solutions.
