The customer service has been incredible. Everyone i have talked to has been very patient and accommodating to my needs. They definitely have a strong grasp and importance of the R&D component of the development cycle and will provide a ridiculously awesome sample box of fittings, connectors, etc that they manufacture (go get it now if you haven't).
Many times as an engineer in an early phase project, you are unsure where the development will go but as you develop your idea/product, having these random assortment components at your disposal is immense. Merit obviously understands this and have consistently been providing support for this in addition to having high quality components. It all eventually lends to high confidence in a company and your willingness to continue the relationship as you transition eventually into large scale production/manufacturing.

Our company has used Merit Medical Systems Inc. components in our wand assemblies and internal surgical lab. They have a wide selection of components: Hemostasis Valves & Accessories, Manifolds & Stopcocks, Fluid Management & Tubing, Needles & Scalpels, Syringes, etc... Their components and tubing management products have been a great help with our internal development for the wands. Their internal sales staff has provided, technical data sheets, samples, quotes and been willing to be onsite during the evaluation of their product during process evaluation. A outstanding medical company for supplies for development and surgical operations.

We have been working with Merit Medical for years and they have been a supplier of quality lab equipment and parts for us. They mostly supply us of connectors and valves that we use in our simulation testing lab. They have a lot of various sizes and parts to select from. Their customer staff is easy to get a hold of. They work very efficiently and get work done very quickly. They are also very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to get to work with. I have no issues recommending them for others to use. They are great to work with and we will continue to use them as a vendor.

If Merit has the product you are looking for, they are a pleasure to work with. For custom printing of your logo on the product, they are the ones to use. If you do not need a sterile product or logo on the product, there might be cheaper options out there.

Strengths: Merit Medical have been a great company to work with. They took the time to help us find the best solution for our needs. We asked for custom pad printing on the component they they were more than happy to work with us to make it happen.

Needs to improve: They have limited packaging configurations. If you want a product sterile, you have to use what shelf life they have already validated

Merit Medical is a great OEM for your medical device fluid delivery needs. Before you decide to design your own system, take a look at their product catalog to see if what you're trying to do already exist. They're really good at making their products customized to your needs. Also, a lot of their offerings comes packaged and sterilized, so you don't have to waste time and money developing a custom packaging, and doing shipping and sterilization validation. Their pricing isn't the cheapest out there, but it is reasonable.

We have bought lab equipment and a few different types of catheters from Merit Medical. Always easy to work with. We have purchased mostly sterile accessories and always pleased with the quality control. The various catheters that we have purchased are always high quality and easy for us to integrate into our final products. Staff is very knowledgeable which is a huge plus. They are trained to understand their products inside out, and it is refreshing for our engineers to speak technically with sales folks to ensure we are buying the right products.

merit medical is one of three main stock lab supply vendors i use when i need to restock the laboratory of valves, stopcocks, extension tubings and other connectors. some items are cheaper and some items are more expensive, but they offer great customer service with responsive reps. they have no issues sending a dozen luers for sampling. they can be contacted easily via email.

MMS has some of the highest quality lab equipment around. I use their both their connectors and syringes in the lab on a daily basis. the connectors and fitting are very reliable and help keep our dialysis machines stay number one in the world and I use their syringes to test and calibrate my dialysis machines as well. the syringes are very reliable and can hold a lot of pressure when calibrating our pressure in the pump assembley.

Merit medical Inc is an excellent source for all of your connectors and various valves. We use alot of their parts on the assembly production line at work to build dialysis machines. They work fantastic never had any problems with the assembly process. Very easy to use. Outstanding quality parts that lasts a very long time. Highly recommended to any other manufacturers out there. Quick and reliable shipping on all orders. Knowledgeable customer service staffs to help you with your questions or concerns.

we use Merit as our supplier for some of our medical equipment/devices including cath lab material, drainage caths, embolics, tubing, syringes, snares. do keep in mind that although they have a full catalog on their website, they may not always have every product available for shipping in your area so check with their customer service dept before placing the order. other than that, this company has quality products, convenient to use and offers wholesale pricing

We order lure fittings from Merit. Merit has quality parts that are similar if not better than those offered by Qosina. Their sales staff is very helpful and no their product line. They often suggest alternative parts that may be more cost effective for your particular needs. We have always received fast turnaround on orders and reliable service from Merit. Highly recommended. They do offer competitive prices but I still find them to be on the higher side.

They have a highly trained individuals that we usually called whenever we need something to know about their products and services.

Merit had supplied sterile hemostasis valves, stopcocks, and syringes as accessories to our product. The sterile packaging is robust and is convenient for accessory components. We were able to pass sterilization validations and receive sufficient documentation from Merit for audits. Supply is consistent, reliable, and on time. Prices were not as competitive as their competitors, but the wide selection, quality, and convenience is worth it.

Our medical office has been ordering through Merit for years now. We have always ordered in bulk from them with ease. We have mainly ordered there catheters due to how of quality they offer for the price. They offer a great customer service! We have never ran into any issues with this company! A great company, they provide us with many disposable medical devices that work efficiently and aren't over priced. They also carry procedure packs/kits that are already assembled and make things so much easier. Their staff is well trained and educated as well.
