Metro Carts Inc is the vendor we used in our company to purchase carts that are used for moving the parts, machines and products with ease and safety for the items and for the employees. The carts are high quality and got no issues with the provider. They are reliable and easy to use. The carts are light and easy to move. The customer service representative is friendly and helpful to our concerns and very knowledgeable to their products. They deliver the products on time and price is somewhat high. Well still overall their products are fine so its recommended!

Needs to improve:

We currently use there roiling carts for transporting machines around our production floor. Some assembly is required but it's manageable and easy to assemble. They work great we use them on a daily to transport our 60 lbs machines rather then carry them just put them on the cart and move it with ease.

Strengths: They have some very good products that are very useful to any manufacturing plant. They have a lot of different type of transportation carts.

Needs to improve: No complaints with this product. These things are like gold in our department.

Our company experience good products to this vendor Metro Carts Inc for purchasing carts and will use this carts troughout our company for warehouse and assembly departments for our products. The carts are good and easy to maneuver the wheels are also good. They ship it quick and no issues on them. The price a little bit of pricey for their product. Still recommended for their products!

We use their large metal carts around the PD floor. They fit 18 of our devices, we joke around and call them aircraft carriers. Surprisingly, they aren't that wide though, just long. We have one that has a droopy shelf, and we can't fix it to save our lives. The carts are expensive, so its a bummer. It had a good run though, lasted around 5-7 years.

Strengths: Carts come in a wide variety of sizes. Durable with wheels.

Needs to improve: Hard to repair if something gets loose or breaks.

I and my fellow employees enjoy using the carts from Metro because they are always sturdy and well built. We use a variety of carts for transporting and holding our machines and materials. So far the carts have not been faulty and they have made it that much easier to do my job sucessfully.

Metro Carts offer useful products that are easy to maneuver. We use them all over our facilities. They are lightweight. The quality could be better. Screws rattle and loosen so we have to tighten them every now and again, but it's not terrible. Customer service is friendly and knowledgable. Their prices are relatively competitive. You get what you pay for.

Our assembly lines and facilities are filled with rolling carts from Metro as we use them routinely to move products, components and tooling around. They are extremely durable and get the job done. Customer service is great and while we've had no issues to date, I'm sure they'd help in case something arises. Competitively priced, but of course wish they could be cheaper.

The carts are good quality but do require upkeep maintenance. Their customer service is very knowledgeable of their products. They have competitive pricing with fast turnaround times.

we use their carts in our cycler department to transfer machines from our production line to our accelerated stress test area, VLM lift to rework/repair, and final test to packaging and these carts are very reliable and awesome. the carts are easily assembly and maneuver very swiftly even with weight on them.

Durable crash cards with adequate storage. Easily disinfected parts when used. Difficult to maneuver.

Strengths: Metro lifeline carts are used primarily as a crash cart used in emergencies throughout the hospital. They are durable and size is adequate to store emergency supplies needed when running a code.

Needs to improve: The carts do not maneuver easily. Locks on the wheels if parked differently is difficult to access.

We currently use their carts for our production floor. They work great for transporting equipment and machines around our facility. They come pre assembled so assembly is required. Very sturdy and lightweight as well.

Supplier to our facilities dept for racls and shelving. The high end rack systems is very reliable and excellent quality and very durable. The heavy duty framing for shelves and racks are long lasting quality foundation.

Strengths: The market leader in providing cart solutions to organize clutter in a lab. The package came with installation instructions which were self-explanatory. No issues witnessed with the product.
