Needs to improve: I can't see any issuea using this software

Although I prefer MAC over PC and have found Windows more difficult to operate on PCs with each redesign, I still use Microsoft Windows for MAC and couldn't live without using it on a daily basis. Microsoft is still a solid company with quality products.

Strengths: Gold standard for the office, quality.

Needs to improve: The Microsoft Windows operating system has become more difficult to use with each redesign.

we use Microsoft software to write up all of our individual machine reports on a daily basis on the job. the software is extremely easy to use and is also very helpful. the price range will not cost you an arm and a leg and comes in handy when you need to reach a deadline quickly.

Their Word program is very thought out.

Strengths: For word processing, my company uses Microsoft Word. Word is a great program that is easy to use, you can be creative and professional. It also universally used in my industry.

Needs to improve: The version I have isn't web based. I've used Google Docs and I was able to share and access it anywhere. That was very useful.

I use Microsoft office works to write up all of my reports for my repairs. Microsoft office is extremely reliable and easy to install on any desktop and its also extremely affordable. Microsoft also has very good customer service as well. A++

Having purchased many OS and productivity products, the general experience has been positive. Normally no extra assistance is required to install and use their products, however when it is, it can be frustrating in quality

Strengths: Universal exposure helps speed the learning curve of new users, regular maintenance of device drivers by most vendors

Needs to improve: Resource heavy, variable quality support

I use excel all the time to input test data and generate graphs. I also use excel for statistical analysis for testing. Microsoft help desk is helpful when I report software bugs.

Strengths: Microsoft captures the needs of a medical device company well. Their softwares, Excel and Word, are very good for report writing and statistical analysis.

I had a bad experience with some of MS products like Windows 2000, Windows Vista, and Windows 8. The good thing with Microsoft is they don't stop to look for ways to enhance their products and fix them, now Windows 8.1 is way better than Windows 8.

Been using they're software for years at every company ever worked in. They offer solutions for all computing needs. Easy to share documents with others since it is so widely used.

Strengths: Established operating system that is easy to use and has been universally adopted by everyone.

Needs to improve: OptionS within office package software are difficult to find.

MS office is still the standard for office software. easy to use and very functional. also considering the number of products in the office suite, it is extremely affordable. customer service is kind of a big black hole when you do need something or have questions.

Microsoft makes reliable programs that I use in my business daily. I use Word and Excel for Mac. I've also used Microsoft operating systems that support retail POS systems and have always worked with a quality product and received great customer service!

Never let me down. Being a full time student you need reliable products and that is what Microsoft is.

Strengths: You can get anything done with Microsoft office. From creating a PowerPoint for presentations to using excel for your own personal daily tasks, Microsoft comes through.

We use Microsoft office for our everyday needs here at work and it makes our lives easier dealing with emails, reports, presentation, etc... It also helps us display important information and items to the manufacturing floor.

It's a must have for me. I have used Microsoft for at least 20 years and have always been extremely happy with it. Learning their software has not been a problem and I'm always amazed at the functionality. I could not live without it at work.

Microsoft Project is easy to use. It is my go to scheduling software.

Strengths: We use Microsoft Project as one of many construction scheduling programs. Microsoft does everything the Primavera or Suretrack programs does with half the cost.

Needs to improve: Microsoft seems to ride the coattails of Oracle when it comes to scheduling software.

We use several microsoft products in all depts. They have good capabilties and are very useful and keep us productive. The ease of use is a plus and the time saved using the products is key.

All computers at work has Microsoft software in them. They are truly reliable and very dominant in all computer aspects

They are very accurate on what is needed for my work and school. They help with correcting on many things with me and my kids work. Microsoft has been improving each time they make an upgrade

When I was opening up a new office, the first piece of software i ordered was Microsoft office. To put it simply, it is the best productivity suite out there and for business to business you HAVE to have it.

Use Microsoft daily at work. Excel, Word and just started using Microsoft Lync for instant messaging throughout the company. It's quick and convenient to communicate with co-workers when you’re in a meeting.
