Microsoft office is used every minute f the day. Project, powerpoint, word and excel make up the backbone of the documentation within a company. Other software packages do not come close to providing the same solutions as office.

Their products have served and continue to serve me well over the years. They are a standard in computer software products.

Strengths: Products are the standard in business and personal applications. In short Microsoft is the standard in software.

Needs to improve: Microsoft has been slow to adapt mobile technology.

Great product

Strengths: We use microsoft office for our business. We utilize Excel, PowerPoint and Word. The nature of the products makes it very easy to share files. They could improve on their help section as it's not as easy to navigate to find the help you need.

I have used Microsoft OS and MS Office all my life. Yes, of course nothing is perfect, but considering that most of the world uses MS, I don't ever have to worry about compatibility issues when sending documents.

Now what business can function without Microsoft products? Microsoft keeps my business running along with the other businesses I work with. Don't mind paying for this great service.

I use Microsoft Office everyday and it makes managing the day-to-day activities tame.

Tried and true software applications. Very user friendly and integratable. I used the Microsoft Publisher for my company's ads. Easy to use and produces exceptional ads

Our office uses the Microsoft Office suite as well as computer peripherals. The software is very good and the constant updates help make sure the software is operating correctly. Haven't had to call customer service yet.

Microsoft Office offers a variety of packages to meet your needs. word, Excel, and PowerPoint are the industry standard and very easy to use.

surface tablet has been pretty nice. using it for work and have been pleased. MS office is obviously an essential. still pleased with microsoft in general

Have used Windows and Microsoft Office for years and must say XP was one of the best from an enterprise standpoint. 7 was pretty good too. Hoping they abandon 8 soon.

I have been able to resolve all my issues using online help. No problems.
