Mid Valley Protofab (MVP)

Used Mid Valley Protofab to develop several products for manufacturing, by using their expertise for machining to produce highly precision machined parts for our robotic equipment. Sometimes their lead-times are longer and their pricing is higher, but they have a great track record with producing high quality parts, which out ways any delivery issues. Furthermore, we rely on their Quality Department for our FAI, certs, and COCs and they are top notch. They are a great vendor to work with, always willing to go the extra distance and very responsive when there are issues with any part(s) being machined; i.e., changes and revisions to machined parts. They seem to be able to take our last minute changes and keep producing our parts per print.

My start up uses MVP for a client prototyping and custom fab work. They have a high degree of attention to detail and industry expertise. They were able to tailor to our exact specifications and created an end product that was extremely high quality. Our only major issue has been that because MVP is a smaller machine shop, at times orders get backlogged and can lead to very slow turnaround time. Overall we were decently satisfied, because you get quality results but just have to wait for it.

Strengths: Our R&D department use Mid Valley Protofab as a source for their prototypes. We mainly use them for our capabilities on small medical component machined parts for our prototyping projects. Their engineered assistance support very good and responsive. Their pricing is competitive and they have reliable services. Their quality is very good. Their technical and customer service is excellent and very knowledgeable. Quotes are accurate and delivery is fast.

Strengths: the calibration process we use a wide selection of inspection and medical instruments to acquire information that will follow the device process, through our testing and their products we always meet this goal, you name it they have it. The components and equipment we purchase when it comes to assembling small electrical components on the line or in our big machines their equipment are easy to use and great to work with.

Our firm sources MVP to help us prototype very custom medical devices. As a small firm with custom needs, we need our vendors to work with us very closely and be able to provide the service very quickly. MVP meets both of these requirements with flying colors. Additionally, their competitive prices will have us using MVP on a regular basis!

We have Used MVP to improve the efficiency of our assembly line process. They have excellent products and their precision measurements are very exact. They are very thorough in their testing and their customer service has also been very helpful. We are very pleased.

Sometimes we have crazy ideas for innovation or a different type of product. Sometimes these products can not be made on our own, so that's when we turn to Mid Valley Protofab.
