Office Max

I have been ordering supplies from Office Max for the last 6 years and have never had them promise something that they cant deliver. They consistently go above and beyond what is required and do it with a smile on there face!

Strengths: I frequently place large orders for items such as printer paper, toner, pens, note pads, OfficeMax is my go to company for all of our office supply needs. They are Fast and reliable my orders always arrive on time and if i need it a little faster they tend to bend there schedule to help me out. They carry a wide variety of toners for every copy under the sun and have a great customer service department!

Needs to improve: The only thing i can think of that could use improvement are the prices. They tend to be a little higher than comparable companies but we use them because of the top notch customer service!

We have purchased Office Max office items such as staplers, tape, paper, pens, and much more for use at our country club. The materials come at low costs and are very easy to get as Office Max has an excellent website as well as many store locations. They additionally have huge selections and very few things that you need in terms of office supplies cant be found at an Office Max. Finally at most stores or online, the customer service is top notch and excellent and really makes you want to come back as a customer time and time again to purchase their products.

I had no problem with OfficeMax other than their bad customer service. If you don't mind a rude cashier and want to get affordable office supplies, go to OfficeMax.

Strengths: The price of their products is very low compared to Staples. Not crowded at all and everything is in stock. Employees know where everything is as well.

Needs to improve: Really disappointed with customer service over the phone. The manager seemed disinterested and unwilling to help further than a few basic yes or no questions. I will take my business to Office Depot - the manager there was incredibly helpful and friendly in comparison.

Ordering online is easy with OfficeMax and they offer a In-Store Pick Up option that comes in handy when your in a time crunch. I like that they offer items in a variety of styles too, making purchasing office supplies a little more fun.

Strengths: They have a good selection of products for the workplace and home office. Many of there items come in different styles so you personalize your work area.

Needs to improve: Compared to a few of their competitors, they can be a bit more pricey. Even the generic version or "OfficeMax" brand items are priced higher than other sites.

my pharmacy will use office max from time to time for misc. office supplies ranging from highlighters, pens, staples, notepads, paper clips etc. we have an existing account with them online so we get it shipped or pick up in store. obviously they have a huge variety of office products as wells as computer/printer/scanner devices so it makes it very convenient; especially having an online account. however, it is expensive especially for commercial use where replenishment is often

Our office often orders from Office Max when we need supplies in bulk. They have a great variety for office needs at relatively reasonable pricing. What's even better is that they will deliver straight to our office, and will often complete the delivery before the anticipated delivery date. Customer service has always been helpful with any issues or return orders as well. We will likely use Office Max again for our supply needs.

Office max is one of the few office supply stores that we really purchase from. We normally go to another store thats closer but we do occasionally order various envelopes, pens, and supplies that we cant get at the other stores. So we are kore or less forced to go here. No huge issues except that ordering can sometimes get a little cumbersome.

we use office max as a secondary source for office supplies and they have a wide selection in stock at all time. their customer service and care is some of the best I have seen in any departments store their all friendly and helpful. their price range is also very good on any budget.

We use Office Max fo most of our office supplies, paper pens, white boards...etc. They have good prices and they deliver. They also have a very easy hassle free return policy.

Strengths: Office Max is a national office supply store. They sell all the supplies that an office would need including cell phones, computers, printers adn tablets. their pricing is competitive and they have many conveniently located stores.

Overall Office Max is a good place to for your office supply needs with convenient locations and a good selection. I've used their document services and have found them helpful. For bulk reoccuring supplies your pricing will probably be better online or through a preferred corporate vendor.

I use the Copy Max service for our office. The prices speed and quality of prints are very good and they get the copies back to me quickly, I sometimes use them for supplies but my local store is often out of stock for what we need.

Overall good experiences here. They have a good selection of office supplies and they are rarely crowded. The copy center at this location is always busy so be prepared to wait if you need assistance from the single staff member that mans this area alone.
