Panera Bread

At the dealership I worked for, we always used Panera for our Friday bagels regardless of how many bagel joints there were around. We did so because they have the best product for the most reasonable price.

Strengths: At Panera Bread, they offer catering for offices around the area. At the car dealership I worked for, Panera would cater a giant box of bagels every Friday morning around 10 am. They provided a huge variety, including some of their specialty bagels. In fact they delivered several boxes of bagels, one to every department of the car dealership. Along with the bagels, they would cater multiple cream cheeses. Everytime was different though. Sometimes they would only bring plain cream cheese, but other times they would bring all different flavors. Sometimes in individual sizes and other times in communal sizes to share. All in all, they always brought a variety of bagels from sweet to savory with condiments to match. They also provided knives and napkins as well.

Needs to improve: Sometimes the catering would come later than expected.

During tax season it gets really busy in the office my staff and I work very late hours and need to bring in dinner. Panera Bread is usually our goto place. The have a very wide variety of sandwiches and soup and the food is always fresh. While they are a little more expensive than Togos and Subway, the quality of the food is worth the extra cost.

Strengths: Panera makes high quality sandwiches and soups. They have very good catering services, with about three hours notice, they can have a catering order ready for pick up. Their process are very reasonable.

Needs to improve: They do not deliver

I recently met with my team at Panera Bread for our teacher prep day. Our team spent the day at Panera bread and were able to meet, get work accomplished, eat a great lunch, and obtain free wifi for a good five hours. It was a great atmosphere to work in and I would highly recommend.

* areas and tables to hold meetings (bigger space than Starbucks)

Needs to improve: Wifi went off after a certain amount of time or when the restaurant became overly crowded

Pre-order process needs to be revamped as they lost our order twice. Great food though

Needs to improve: I pre-ordered our staff order a day before. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready yet and they actually lost the order. They made the entire order while I waited. Staff was waiting in the office. :(

We often cater food from Panera for our company's weekly meetings. Food is great and orders are always accurate. Customer service is great and we sometimes hold smaller executive and team meetings at Panera as an out of office option.

Strengths: wifi, cleanliness, comfortable place to grab a quick bite and catch up on emails

Needs to improve: prices could be better

We had an open house for new patients and Panera (in Livermore) catered the event. They had good food and drinks and even help us plan the order based on how many patients we thought would attend our office open house.

they have great food just the price is a little to high for my liking

Strengths: they always deliver on time and the hot food is hot and the cold is cold the price is just a little to high to do every saturday

Service and food couldn't be better! Nothing left by lunch time that's for sure.Never had an issue but know that if there was one it would be handled with no problem.

Strengths: The best Bagels anywhere and service to match. Lunch is great too.

We usually order panera lunch combos for our meetings and for office potlucks. Their catering is always on time and food is just fresh as if you had ordered it from the counter.

Strengths: Great tasting food, on-time service, great catering and competitive prices.

The workers of Panera never mixed up any of my orders

Strengths: The service of Panera Bread is quick and efficient; there is never a long wait for my food. The food there is excellent.
