We use Paramit to get our circuit boards for our medical devices. They are of very good quality and work well every time! We have had no problems with any of the boards that we use in our systems!! A++ company

Strengths: Paramit has an awesome customer service. They are reliable and they go out of their way to go the extra mile for you. They have an outstanding product and Their turnaround is very quick and prompt.

Needs to improve: nothing

Cintas provides all of the first aid kits around our facility. Being a car dealership, there is many first aid stations. Whenever a technician gets injured, they must be able to quickly care for the wound and get back to work. Cintas makes it easy to do so by maintaining well stocked kits which are located in convenient areas.

Strengths: Cintas first aid kits are always well stocked and kept up to date.

Needs to improve: I have found no weaknesses with Cintas.

We use Comcast as our internet provider in the office and at home. I can only say good things about them because I have never had an issue. They have really fast connectivity speeds that allow for painless internet use.

Strengths: very fast internet connection and solid wifi connection as well

Needs to improve: Can't complain. Had nothing but good service.

I like that cell phone bills are kept low and that they have totally unlimited plans (unlimited talk, text, and web). However, the internet reception sucks because Sprint is the new Nextel and they are in the process of ripping down all the old towers in order to put up new ones that will provide 4G LTE. Also, whenever you are on a roaming service, you no longer go through Sprint because they roam on Verizon's network.

Strengths: Sprint has great prices for their totally unlimited plans.

Needs to improve: Horrible service. Hardly ever get good internet reception. Mediocre customer service skills.

When Apple provided smartphones for my whole company I was pleased because it made communication between our employees much more simple, however, it also means our company will have to keep getting new technology every year or two.

Strengths: The creation of iMessege has made it much easier to communicate between employees since my company provides Apple iPhones to all its employees. This way, you can send messeges without using Data or even the standard texting rates.

Needs to improve: Apple seems to make their phones so that roughly every two years when something better comes out the software starts to stop working. I believe Apple uses this as a ploy to force their customers into buying the newer, more expensive products.

Using ADP is made easy because there are tons of codes to remember, however, for most jobs you only need to know up to 10 three digit codes in order to complete the task at hand. I have used ADP for both accounting and for the car servicing department and both of which are extremely user friendly. The system prompts you for whatever it needs and you are never left to guess which information to input. For example, if you needed to input a Repair Order Number, the system would ask specifically for it. Also, most of the codes you need to know are not hard to memorize because they are usually acronyms for the action you need. For example, if you need to "Final Close" a repair order, the code you input is "FC" which stands for the same action you are completing.

Strengths: ADP Drive was a great tool when being used for service write ups in the automotive industry. It made it easy to keep eachother in check. When the people who needed to close and file the repair orders (like myself) needed to see if they were ready to be done, all you needed to do was log in to ADP. this way, the busy service advisors could continue helping customers while the file clerks did their job.

Needs to improve: If something is accidentaly closed before it is supposed to be, ADP makes it difficult to get back in and change things around.

Who's Calling is a great way to ensure that all calls are being handled professionally and accurately. It helps that the system picks calls at random to record. That way, when listening to the recorded calls, you can not only make sure your customers are happy, but you can make sure your employees are acting professionally at all times. When using Who's Calling, I found that sometimes the questions you must answer when monitoring calls really don't make too much sense in the situation. I find myself clicking "N/A" for most of my calls. Other than that, Who's Calling is a great feature to have in your office to ensure your customers are receiving nothing but the best customer service.

Strengths: Who's Calling makes it easy to dedicate some time to providing excellent customer service to anyone who contacts your employer through the phone.

Needs to improve: when using the computer to moniter the calls, the system prompts you to answer several questions that generally don't even pertain to the conversation at hand.

We used stubhub to buy tickets for an office outing together at the A's game. It worked well because we were able to do it last minute and just print the tickets out the week of.

Strengths: Easy to use to buy tickets for an office party at the ballpark.

Needs to improve: Must wait for tickets in the mail if you dont have a printer

They have provided us with amazing service many times. Their prepared foods department is so understanding and anxious to help any customers they have ahead of them. Whenever we have gone through them, whether it be for pastries in the morning or platters of deviled eggs for a lunchtime treat, their food is always perfect.

Strengths: Whole Foods has some of the freshest most delicious food you can buy. Their salad bar is impecable and the hot bar has such variety each and every day. Lastly, they have tons of food for people with allergies.

Needs to improve: Sometimes their food on the hot bar gets dried out because it sits out for long periods of time with no cover.

Chipotle makes it easy to order lunch for the whole office crew. Their catering forms are easy to fill out and generally just require you to check each box for the ingredients you want in your burrito, bowl, or salad. Also they make it time friendly by allowing you to fax in your order form rather than having to recite it all over ther phone. Every time I have ordered for mass amounts of people, Chipotle was able to quickly and accurately fill the order to be picked up.

Strengths: They have delicious food for decent prices. Also, The secret menu is great if you aren't ordering for a lot of people.

Needs to improve: Because the ingredients sit out uncovered for long periods of time, sometimes the meat becomes dry.

At the dealership I worked for, we always used Panera for our Friday bagels regardless of how many bagel joints there were around. We did so because they have the best product for the most reasonable price.

Strengths: At Panera Bread, they offer catering for offices around the area. At the car dealership I worked for, Panera would cater a giant box of bagels every Friday morning around 10 am. They provided a huge variety, including some of their specialty bagels. In fact they delivered several boxes of bagels, one to every department of the car dealership. Along with the bagels, they would cater multiple cream cheeses. Everytime was different though. Sometimes they would only bring plain cream cheese, but other times they would bring all different flavors. Sometimes in individual sizes and other times in communal sizes to share. All in all, they always brought a variety of bagels from sweet to savory with condiments to match. They also provided knives and napkins as well.

Needs to improve: Sometimes the catering would come later than expected.

One time when there was no more fresh fruit trays, someone in the prep foods department was able to make one up for me on the spot while i shopped for the rest of the supplies for our office gathering

Strengths: Always fresh fruit displayed on party platters and fresh veggies as well. Always have a good selection of cold case items like potato salad, cole slaw, etc.

Needs to improve: Sometimes the selection of party platters is depleated and hard to find what you are looking for

With Costco, I have always gotten exactly what I expected. Never more, nor less.

Strengths: Costco is great for catering their pizza. They used to deliver to my old job and they were always on time and the food was always warm. Great for big company gatherings. They even provide plates and napkins.

Needs to improve: Sometimes the lines are too long. Other than that, I've never had a problem.
