Exceptional service. Their reps are friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you are happy. They are always willing to educate your staff.
Strengths: Resmed provides quality products for use with CPAP therapy. Their machine algorithms are exceptional and top of the line. Their masks are also widely used and quite effective for most patients.
Needs to improve: Their eagerness to come out with the next best mask sometimes diminishes the quality of their masks.
ResMed's technical support group are exceptional. They are reliable and knowsnwhat their doing. We can contact them for help 24/7.
Strengths: ResMed offers different varieties of CPAP masks and machines that our Sleep Lab. needs.
Needs to improve: They have created some masks in the past that wouldn't sealed properly on patient's face.
