Excellent customer service. Ongoing staff education.

Strengths: Respironics is one of the top manufacturers of CPAP machines and supplies. Their masks are widely used by many patients. Their customer service is excellent. They are always willing to educate staff when new products become available.

Needs to improve: The quality of their masks has suffered in recent years, however patients still like some of their older models, such as the Comfort Gel.

Exceptional service. Their reps are friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you are happy. They are always willing to educate your staff.

Strengths: Resmed provides quality products for use with CPAP therapy. Their machine algorithms are exceptional and top of the line. Their masks are also widely used and quite effective for most patients.

Needs to improve: Their eagerness to come out with the next best mask sometimes diminishes the quality of their masks.

Kronos Incorporated - Kronos is user friendly, excellent tool for employees!

I've always had a good experience with Kronos.

Strengths: Kronos is easy to use to log our hours. It is regularly updated. We are able to adjust our time cards, if we miss punches. It is also very easy to check vacation time accrued, hours logged or previous time cards. I find it extremely user friendly.

Needs to improve: None.

Easy to use. Great product.

Strengths: We use IOGear to switch back and forth between monitors at work. Very reliable product and easy to install. We have never encountered issues with IoGear. I highly recommend this product.

Needs to improve: None.

Kimberly Clark Corp - Purple nitrile gloves are durable and also very easy to work in.

Exceptionally well thought out and made CPAP supplies and equipment. Top of the line CPAP masks!

Strengths: Quality healthcare products

Needs to improve: None that I have experienced.

Duracell - By far the best batteries on the market. You may pay a little more, I find it worth the money to go with Duracell.
