we started using sandisk product from their microSD card. we never had an issue using them in our smart phones as a token for employee of the month in our company. then It follows with their other products with our media, entertainment, computers etc. that we are using in our office. We absolutely have no issue with their products. Whenever we purchased a new one, their staffs are willingly oriented us how to use their products in a very friendly way thats why our staffs were free to ask questions to them. Good products, with great staffs..

Sandisk has produced several quality products that we rely on for our media group. This positive experience makes us feel good about continuing to purchase their media. Trustworthy and dependability is what we look for with all the products we purchase.

Strengths: We have purchased several Sandisk memory cards for our motion capture cameras. These high quality disks have never once failed on us. We consider them durable and trustworthy. Prices for these types of media were fair because of their dependability. Sandisk continues to strive to push the limits on these cards and they indeed are.

Needs to improve: None!

It has been a delight to do business with Sandisk! I explained to them what i needed and the challenges I face and they took care of my every need! I will continue to do business with them!

Strengths: I have found Sandisk to be very knowledgable about their product and excellent customer service.

Needs to improve: At the present time I have had no issues with the product or the service I have received.

Customer service was surprisingly good. We had a small batch of bad microsd cards for that we use with our corporate smartphones. They expedited the replacements.

Strengths: Expanded product catalog.
Security focused products.
Excellent RMA process.

Needs to improve: Althought they have an excellent warranty/RMA process, the fact that we had to RMA 5% of our batch order is telling of their manufacturing and QA process.

Our office mostly uses SanDisk thumb drives for carrying around information and locking our laptops with a special encryption key found on our USB stick. Their thumb drives are pretty competitively priced as we buy them in bulk for our office all the time. They're pretty dependable drives and consistently perform as advertised.

SanDisk is a great company for electronic device. I shipped the products called probe card that they use for semiconductor testing equipment. Products is very fragile and sensitive.

We use the memory chips to build the product for wafer testing equipment.
