Stamps.com

I've used Stamps.com for my small business a few times. I wasn't happy with the service, so I cancelled my account shortly after it was opened.

Strengths: They have an easy to use platform for acquiring postage

Needs to improve: They claim that you receive a "free trial" but in reality, it's just a scam and they continue to charge your credit card. Even after you've cancelled your account several times.

I opened and account with them because as an independent consultant you have to do things yourself. Opening he account was easy enough but I did not feel it was any different than going to USPS.com and shipping from there. I closed the account to keep my life simple. Maybe it works if you ship in higher volumes.

Needs to improve: Not sure how they are better than just going to USPS

Our company use Stamp.com to print stamp for our daily mails. Before Adm. group sign a person go to post office every day, now we can print exact postage in the office. Quick, easy and time saver
