our small firm reached out to SDC for their clinical date management service. this service helps you from the beginning of the trail all the way to the end. we had them help us initially with our protocol review all the way to the data cleaning and discrepancy section. they provide the highest data quality, integrity and security and we are very satisfied with them. we have continued to use them in our initiation of our data trails. their data management experts' practices fully align with GCDMP and CDISC regulations

They have people from different backgrounds, so it is important to ask about personnel back ground as they are putting together the project team
Strengths: Organized, infrastructure in place, transparency in time to completion and costs. Their estimate of project costs is well thought out.
Needs to improve: No specific previous Spine experience in the statistics and data management group as well as very little experience in post marketing studies
