Overall experience has been OK. Although when problems arise their big customers come first, and little customers can be left out.

Strengths: Worldwide with lots of capabilites including ETO, E-Beam.

Needs to improve: They raise their prices every year- not necessary small company friendly.

I used them when I was working near Hayward. The service was good. They were able to take our products for sterilization with very little (or no) notice and that was great, but you have to pay a premium for that convenience,

Sterigenics International answered all my questions regarding their product and were very helpful. We are very pleased with their chemical and sterilization product in our assembly process for developing medical machines. We would definitely recommend this vendor to others.

Use this form for sterilization needs for our micro coils and toher medical devices for neuro use. The vendor will sterilize and close pouch for complete service. The reliability is very good.

I always got 24 hr turnaround time for GammaStat loads. I got the sterility certs as soon as the product was ready to be picked up.
