It is fairly easy to reach customer service. They will spend time over the phone and will take over computers that are having issues and attempt to fix the issues. For the price the amount of sensors you get is really great.

Strengths: the price of their x-ray systems is very very competitive probably the best price in the entire industry.

Needs to improve: the computer interface is not that intuitive. Also, sensors need to be repaired often and repair warranties do not often cover problems.
