They work with you and help guide you on how to use their equipment it has always been a pleasant experience when working with them.

Needs to improve: The pricing needs to go down. Their equipment is very expensive but as long as it fits your budget this is the only truely reliable test equipment place to go.

We use Tektronix to get our circuit boards and get more accurate readings. They are great to work with and the technical staff the provides excellent customer support. We call their experts for help and they are always able to help solve our issues. Customer service is also very helpful and directs us to the right department when we have product related questions. We use Tektronix for Acquisition and Signal Conditioning, Inspection instruments and Measurement instruments. For the most part, oscilloscopes are straight forward to use, but it seems that in the recent years, tektronix has tried to add more features, which has cluttered the simplicity of their earlier designs. Nonetheless, they are great pieces of equipment.
