They worked with us, and our non-tech savvy clerical staff, to learn how to use the new Avaya system. They were extremely patient and continued training until all employees were comfortable with understanding the functionality.

Strengths: Incredibly knowledgeable staff and expert installation for networking and telephony needs. They are an official AVAYA vendor and can provide A-Z support to match you with the appropriate system to meet your company's current and future needs.

Needs to improve: None that we have experienced so far. Support staff are easily accessible and personable.
