No issues with warranty replacements. Quick and simple.

Strengths: We use their wireless keyboard and mouse bundles for all of our work stations:
- Setup time is minimal. Plug and play and quick / easy software installation.
- The RF wireless tech is great.
- Ergonomics are spot on and battery life is phenomenal.
- Some sets have lasted easily several years, which is saying something in today's age of peripheral replacement cycles.

Needs to improve: - For power users, labels on keys wear away after about a year or two. - The absence of the dedicated "right click" key is troublesome.

They worked with us, and our non-tech savvy clerical staff, to learn how to use the new Avaya system. They were extremely patient and continued training until all employees were comfortable with understanding the functionality.

Strengths: Incredibly knowledgeable staff and expert installation for networking and telephony needs. They are an official AVAYA vendor and can provide A-Z support to match you with the appropriate system to meet your company's current and future needs.

Needs to improve: None that we have experienced so far. Support staff are easily accessible and personable.

Customer service was friendly and flexible and provided a replacement unit when under warranty without any hassles.

Strengths: We use several DYMO label machines in our back office--primarily to catalog our physical inventory. The machines are incredibly easy to set up and use and the only consumable items are the labels themselves--as they work using thermal technology and are not ink / toner based. As for the labels? DYMO offers a wide array that more than meets all of our needs.

Needs to improve: If you are unfortunate enough to jam the machine and if the backing of the label is pulled off, exposing the adhesive, it results in a machine that cannot be repaired. Customer service was great in sending out a replacement unit...but precious time is lost in the meantime.

We have had no issues with product quality. The scales are very precise and reliable.

Strengths: We have been using scales from Mettler for over 30 years. The precision is second to none and, outside of standard periodic servicing, have had no issues at all. We deal in items that are very small, so precision in weighing is remarkably important.

Needs to improve: None so far.

The customer service were highly knowledgeable about their product and were able to answer any questions without delay.

Strengths: We've been using Kronos to manage employee timesheets. Besides hourly workers, we also use it to track vacation days, sick days, personal days, etc. and it's entirely integrated into our online system. The interface is incredibly intuitive and provides flexibility with options that make managing our payroll and time keeping far easier than before.

Needs to improve: Have not encountered an issue thus far.

Overall, items performed exactly as promised and availability was never an issue. Meeting our already high expectations.

Strengths: Extremely reliable products. Films allowed for packaging small, delicate items without fear of products shifting while being shipped. Adhesive products kept items in place without leaving unwanted and difficult to clean residue. Supply chain was flawless, with replenishment and restocking as promised.

Needs to improve: Sizes. This is particular to our company. Ideally, there would be a wider array of SKUs to include more sizes and measurements for films. We are able to remedy this by cutting available sizes to what we need, but naturally, would prefer for a "perfect" size for our business.
