we use telepacific for our cloud telecommunication application. specifically, we use instant messaging and web conferencing withing our company and satellite offices. the instant messaging is within our intranet. the system is seamlessly integrated into our intranet with a hosted exchange. Lynch is the software we use and it also allows us to share documents, applications, whiteboards, and presentations very easily. the instant messaging and web conferencing has end-to-end encryption, secure and private. all the file transfers are secure as well. the web conferencing allows us to have pc to pc calling, video chats, unlimited audio and video web meetings. this is a well integrated system in our company and has helped to reduce cost, downtime and made our workflow smoother

Needs to improve: none
The tech support line is 24/7 and the customer call center for advance tech support is US based. It's always nice to get the right help in cases of emergencies and planned maintenance window.
Strengths: Telepacific has a wide range of product catalog. I negotiated our primary T1 line from them after receiving a very competitive bid.
Needs to improve: The quoting process took a little bit longer than I would have liked.
