Every experience I've had with Tiger Direct has been a positive outcome without any reason for complaint. Their shipping is always on time, store representatives are always courteous and helpful, and their prices somewhat competitive. I've enjoyed the many products I've purchased there, which range from keyboards, to USB thumb drives, to 60" televisions.

Strengths: Tiger Direct is well-known in the IT community for its extensive selection of computer peripherals and components. They have grown behind the web to supporting brick and mortar stores that boast an equally diverse collection.

Needs to improve: Unfortunately, the market is not overly demanding for the industry this business targets. Storefronts often go without an abundance of consumers and close after a few months. Their advertisements are noisy, never helping them to stand out from every other business that sells similar products.

We are using Tiger Direct products since day 1 of our business firm. Their wide selections of electronics products meet our standards. From computers, computer accessories, computer components, servers and accessories, networking products, cables, software and even smart phones for our given token or incentives to our employees, Tiger provided them all to us. They deliver our products ahead of our expected time. The price is very competitive. We trust tiger so much.

Strengths: Excellent, efficient, and accurate with a wide selection of products. They have the best competitive prices with a great shipping process for fast turnaround which mean quality service and products as well

When I thought I had a missing component to one of the monitors, I called the company and one representative was able to help me out right away to set up the monitor quickly.

Strengths: Tiger Direct Inc. has one of the best quality when it comes to monitors. Not only that, but they also keep the people whom want to do business with them content because of the price.

Needs to improve: I would say the delivery time was somewhat long, but it's understandable since they are in the east coast and I am in the west.

Our company placed orders through tiger direct and found that there was a large wait time to speak to a representative. Upon which the quality of the items were unsealed but in good condition. The time receiving the items took longer than expected.

Strengths: They are able to offer great prices and offer a variety of computer equipment.

Needs to improve: They market on multiple platforms with minimal communication between each other. They often have difficulty in resolving an issue.

We have a couple cameras in our office bought from Tiger direct, they had a good deal going on and we scooped them up. I check there every once in awhile to see what deals are going on.

I've generally been pleased with Tiger Direct. Good prodcuts, great selection at competitive prices. What more can you ask for?

Strengths: We have a local Tiger Direct outlet nearby and regularly use them when we require computer peripherals and/or components quickly. Tiger Direct has many hard to find items and they are sold at a reasonable price.

Needs to improve: Limited brick and mortar locations.

Tiger Direct is a great place to order computer components and peripherals for the office in bulk. We regularly use them for supplies to our office especially since we're constantly expanding. They've given us decent discounts for ordering in bulk which is always a positive.

I ordered several monitors from them because they had the best price. The shipping was free and they don't charge tax in California. My only complaint is that the shipment took 2 weeks and this day and age of internet shopping that may as well have been a year!
