Have used On time Delivery service a couple times shipping engine blocks and transmission. Was not happy with the pricing and delivery times and have recently switched to couriers. My experience with them has been hit or miss. They do ensure that your shipments are delivered safely however they were a little bit expensive, weren't always on time with pick ups, and deliveries were a few days slower than others. Their tracking system is out of date and does not up date itself on the website. You have to call to get updates and that is time consuming and tedious. Overall they are okay. I wouldn't say that they are terrible but there are betters out there like Estes or even FedEx freight. I'd say they are better at shipping larger items that aren't across the country.

We use Ontrac courier service when we have documents, prototypes or samples that need to be delivered ASAP. They are great for local service when you need same day or next day deliveries. For the really really rush assignments we use Ontrac. We have not used their other services but we assume they are great too since the local service is flawless.

Needs to improve: Prices are on the high side but they get the job done

We use OnTrac from time to time. If we need to send some of our medical pieces out as a sample they get it there fast and they don't tend to lose things

Strengths: Ontrac is a great company. If you want something shipped and dont want to use the big company's they are perfect for your needs. They don't cost a lot and they get your package there fast.

We receive multiple shipments daily from a number of carriers, and OnTrac is one of the few that have yet to disappoint us. Their drivers handle all the packages with great care and are always very friendly and professional.

Strengths: OnTrac is very reliable. They deliver on time and we have yet to receive a damaged shipment.

Needs to improve: So far, there hasn't been any weaknesses that we've experienced with OnTrac.

Overall good expirience. Their bid came in lower than some of the other competitors.

Strengths: Ontrac has always been reliable in our experience. We've used to them to courier computer parts to our other campuses in town. They are always fast and have not lost any packages.

I've only received packages from them, but never used them to ship anything. I haven't had any issues receiving packages from them, but I do wish they would be more descriptive about the location of the shipment.

They've delivered orders from amazon and newegg. Several times my package was ripped open (delivered in bubble envelope). Not sure if it was ontrac or amazon though.

I haven't used On Trac to ship but I received packages which they shipped. They are extremely fast and reliable. I have even received products the same day I ordered them. FedEx and UPS can't deliver that quickly.

Ontrac provides local shipping that is why online stores are now using that service to provide a faster delivery when the products are available locally.
