US Airways Inc

I avoid this airlines at all costs. I have flown with them when my travel schedule is tight and they are the best solution, but the flights are somehow always oversold, the planes are outdated and the service is marginal at best.

not really a preferred airline for me to use. just use it if i have to or if the price is so much cheaper then i'll generally have to opt to fly them.

only good thing is airline miles can transfer to many other airlines, although the new mergers with AA will change that. flight experience with US air has been ok, not great though

Their customer service has been okay and their pricing is good.

Strengths: Their pricing is very competitive and they seem to have routes into some of the smaller cities that I travel to.

Needs to improve: A few times I have been delayed due to scheduling/maintenance issues.

US Airways is another us airline with poor service and extensive charges. At the bottom of my list of airlines.

Needs to improve: Customer service

Were delayed for our meeting due to "maintenance issues" with the plane.

Strengths: Prices aren't too bad.

Needs to improve: Delays.
