Vishay transducers are great vendor that we are using in our company for transducers and high quality components. We are satisfied to their products because it is always in good forms and no defects. Last time we need a quick deliver of the components we needed but sadly to say it won't make it. That's the only issues i had on this vendor but it just happened once and Most of the time it is on time. Customer service representative are nice and willingly to help. Reliable and dependable products. Overall I still can say that we are satisfied to their services and their products are in good price and conditions.

Needs to improve: delivery process

We use Vishay load cells and electronic parts in multiple medical devices that we produce in house. Specifically we use their circuitry and motherboards for part of the assembly process and for calibration of our medical devices. They have a wide selection of parts to choose from that can be used for pretty much anything. Their staff is very knowledgeable and often can give suggestions on how to create the perfect setup for your needs. Their customer service is easily reached, friendly, and easy to work with as well. Their pricing is competitive with others out there and we will continue to use their products in our inspection line.

The one improvement that I noticed was the customer service. The company before Vishay aquired them was smaller and therefore limited on resources. Since Vishay took over the customer service has improved a great deal.

Strengths: We use Vishay for alot of the components that go into our driver board. They provide us with passive components like diodes, MOSFETs, integrated circuits,resistors, inductors, and capacitors. They had aquired a company we were using before and we did not want to find another supplier. It was a one-stop shop service that offered many different parts.

Needs to improve: Never had an issue with Vishay. We always received what we ordered never had a delay.

Strengths: We use Vishay Spectrol Electronic as one our source to purchase electronic components and parts for our PCBA use in our medical equipment. We mainly purchase their variable resistive products. So far after assembled on our PCB's we have not recorded any failures with their variable resistive products. No complaints. Meets and exceeds our manufacturing specifications. Yield rates are high and failures are close to none. Their quotes are accurate and pricing is competitive. Their customer service are very helpful and knowledgeable of their product. They are a great vendor to work with.

We order large quantity of electrical components from Spectrol. They provide us high quality electronic parts for medical devices that we use in a daily basis. The quality has been very good and consistent. Great place to go when looking for any type of electronics. They offer quick delivery on product as well. Prices are fair but it's worth it. The customer service representatives are easy to work with and very reliable. I haven't had any problems with them. Highly recommended if your looking for electronic vendor.

We're a small firm and procure various electronic components and specifically load cells from Vishay due to their commitment to quality and product reliability. Customer service is great and always easy to reach. We haven't had any issues to date but it's good to know they will be held accountable. Load cells integrate well wit our assemblies and should we need more customized solutions, they are always happy to help. Quick quotes and estimates, reasonable turnaround time and great communication. Will continue to do business with and happy to refer.

Used Vishay at a small medical device start-up company. Worked with Vishay to select the correct size load cell for our application. Vishay was strong technically. In the early stages we had a load cell connector issue that was quickly resolved by Vishay.

Consistently met our delivery schedule and was flexible to changes seen by normal start-up company.

This company provides us good electronic components to us for our medical device. We also use it for our costum build and prototype machine good for modifying long last thing. Their sale representative give us samples of adhesive that they make. Give us what will we use and idea on the spot. Ordering process you will never be disappointed because they bring high quality service to make it easy for them and easy for us. A outstanding experience

Very good product.

We procure a wide spectrum of components and transducers from Vishay and while we typically receive them in good form, there are some instances where reliability came into play. Customer service is good as they are always in touch. Lead time is accurate as are quotes. They offer a wide selection of components which makes ordering easy. Will continue to receive quotes from.

we install Vishay's load cell assemblies into our dialysis machines on a daily basis. the load cell acts as our machines scale which is very reliable and extremely accurate. the scale is also very easy to calibrate and hold very good.

Needs to improve: cables could be better placed so they don't get caught underneath any brackets and squished which then makes them short out.

we carry many load cell brackets that are manufactured by Vishay that we install into our dialysis machines on a daily basis. the load cells brackets are very sturdy and easy to install and easily removed as well. their pricing is fair and shipment are always on time.
