Good quality test equipment indeed. Can't find in their on-line catalog, friendly customer service is always there to help.

I use Vishay for my optosensors. They have a much better selection of these types of sensors. The in house knowledge is also very good when trying to select the correct part. They also carry a lot of other parts as well, but I only have experience with the sensors.

We use a lot of their load cells at my work. They go on our dialysis machines to measure weight of the patients fluid levels. Very accurate in the calibration process. Great quality load cells. Never had any problems or defective parts. Always on time with our orders.

We outsource our load cell assembly to Vishay. Its essentially a very sensitive scale. The load cell is one of the most reliable components in our device. We rarely find problems with them, and most of the repairs simply involve re-calibration.

Strengths: Highly reliable and accurate load cells (our end product for customers/patients contain load cells that weigh fluid). Sturdy and robust.

Needs to improve: Long distance shipments sometimes provide lag time. Also, when purchasing in bulk, the weight of their product can be costly with shipping.
