My R&D team has used VWR for over 8 years. When we start looking for a new component or solution for a research product or development, the VWR catalog is our first stop. I have ordered multiple solutions including Saline, D5LR, Ringers, IPA, etc as well as equipment including pipettes, balances, and measurement devices. All items are of the high quality standard I have come to expect from VWR. Our sales rep contacts us routinely to let us know of new items they carry. The highlights of VWR include customer service, product selection, quality measurement equipment, and cost. We would probably order more if the website was more user friendly.

Upon the discussion of the products, they have shown us the great quality of their products through the catalogs and they also further supports its customers by providing onsite services, storeroom management, product procurement, supply chain systems integration and technical services.

Very Reliable and Durable Product. No complaints. Meets and if not excceds our expextations

Strengths: Our company bought quite a few of their Immersion Circulators - Model 1112A through the years. They have always functioned as expected. That being said the quality is very good. The unit is simple to use, highly accurate and the temperature is constant. Never had issues with the unit. The unit is reliable and duable. Orders are placed accurately and delivery is on time. Price is competitive. No complaints.
