We use wagner force gauges for inspection criteria on our assembly line. The gauges are great quality and we have not had any difficulty with them. Wagner is easy to get a hold of if you ever have any issues with their gauges. I've had a couple instances where the gauge was not functioning properly and they were very helpful over the phone in helping me solve my issues. If they aren't able to solve your issue they offer a plan or other options for you in order to help achieve what you want. Overall my experience is very positive and i have nothing negative to say. Feel safe knowing that wagner will take care of you and your measuring needs.

Their force gauge is an important tool that we use in our rework department and in our assembly line. We currently use the Mark 10 M5 gauge to make sure the amount of force needed to close the pump door is within spec. They are very easy to read and understand but since they are hand held you must be careful not to drop it because it is a delicate measuring tool and it could damage it and knock it out of spec.

Strengths: They currently provide us with our hand held force gauges. They are very precise which is important.

Needs to improve: They are a very expensive piece of equipment and since they are hand held you have to take extra care not to drop it when using them.

We use wagner insturment force gauges for inspection on our assembly line and they have worked flawlessly throughout our testing experience. They can make custom gauge fixtures for you for multiple purposes. We have not had any issues qualifying their gauges for our line. They are easy to use and fairly priced. Their customer service staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. I have no reservations about recommending them as a vendor and will continue to use them for years to come.

Our firm sources Wagner Instruments to buy force gauges for inspections on our assembly line during our manufacturing process. The gauges have never given us any problems and are of great quality. I have also interacted with their customer service department and they have been very knowledgeable and courteous. Their prices have also been competitive as far as we can tell. Our firm's experience with Wagner is always positive and I would highly recommend them as a vendor.

I use the mark-10 m5 force gauge to test the force to close a pump door on medical devices. Nenever had a problem with it. Accurate. Has changeable tips for verious applications. Batteryllife is really good and charge time is fast. A little pricey
