Wells Fargo Bank

My experience with Wells Fargo has been fantastic! They have been around for a long time, and there is no doubt they will continue to stick around.

Most of my interaction with Wells Fargo has been in regards to a PMA Account, which is one other more elite accounts. Based on this experience I am very pleased. This account structure has few fees associated with it, and actually quite a few great benefits.

My #1 recommendation is to you go to a local branch and get the contact information of a Personal Banker. It is so nice to be able to call, email, and/or fax a specific person for all of your questions/needs.

Strengths: - There are many ways to get what you need from the bank, online, over the phone & in-person.
- Easy to use website. Able to easily access past statements, financial info, search past transactions, and pay bills.
- Simple wire set-up process.
- Personable employees.

Needs to improve: The only weakness I have encountered with Wells Fargo Bank is there were not able to offer the most competitive home loan interest rate. However, this is based on many factors and will likely vary depending on the client/customer.

As a big bank goes, it's not bad. If you need to speak to a real person, be prepared for a typical tedious phone tree.

Strengths: We use the Garcia Barnblatt Wealth Management services group of the Wells Fargo private bank division to assist us with financial management of our non profit. Ralph Garcia is a very ethical person who does not put personal gain or commission above his clients needs. He is available and responsive to our questions. His staff is very accountable and quickly replies to all of our questions. His staff even paid a house visit to notarize important documents which were needed in a hurry. I know Krystle took time out of her personal day to do this. Most other groups would not be so lucky.

Needs to improve: While Garcia Barnblatt is super responsive, Wells Fargo in general is a typical big bank. If you are lucky enough to be a customer in the Private Bank division, customer service is much improved.

Wells Fargo overall is a pretty good bank, I love that there is usually a few wells fargo's in every city, making it easy to access them at any time. However I have noticed that Wells Fargo is not always forth coming with all the information that pertains to their fees, and I wasn't happy when I was charged for things I was not told I would be. There customer service is ok, I feel like I had to talk with several different people just to get my issue resolved.

Needs to improve: Wells Fargo charges a lot of fees, some hidden and not shared with you until they hit your account. I would like to see the employees of Wells Fargo try to get to know there members on a more personal level, not give off the BIG BANK feel.

While it is quite pricey it is well worth the extra capitol investment. You cant put a price on accuracy and speed when it comes to doing a important transaction.

Strengths: Great customer service matched with a caring and compassionate company makes for great big bank setting. I have always been met with speed and accuracy on all transactions done through Wells Fargo And its nice to be met at the door with a pretty smile and a hows your day going! There personal bankers Are also a great added feature offered by Wells Fargo.Big Bank amenities with the customer service of a small credit union!

Needs to improve: Just as the old saying goes you get what you pay for! Wile there customer service is amazing you certainly do pay for it and to get in touch over the phone is next to impossible with all of the different options and needs of there automated phone service.

We use Wells Fargo Bank as our business finance partner, as they have excellent rates and customer service. They easily allow us to keep our money safe and accessible they additionally will easily help any business set up an account. I also recommend them as they have excellent customer service and the brokers at Wells Fargo really do advise you at your finances and always want to keep your money safe which is an excellent security and feeling to have. I highly recommend them as a financial service provider for many finance problems.

Wells Fargo is the bank we used in. Very great bank that all around each city that gives access everywhere. They had a Informative website that gives a very big help to us. There always an update for the payments ang checks. Very dependable for monthly pays. We are so satisfied to this vendor. The only issue is that they sometimes gives extra fees and charges that doesn't gives information on that. Just frustrating and also there hidden charges. Abobe all this vendor is great and customer service is really good. Recommended!

We provide Wells Fargo financial services to all of our employees so they can have a safe and secure place to store their money. They have great financial service as well as advising as they are a great bank. They also have great rates for these services. Our employees greatly thank us for these service as many of them cannot afford to have a bank account by themselves and working at our company allows them to do that. The financial advisors at any Wells Fargo is also great, also Wells Fargo has many locations which makes doing your financial services very easy.

Use them on a weekly basis for deposits, bank reconciliations for small business. Very nice people, but has a lot of inconsistencies with Bank Charges and fees that aren't suppose to be there. Checks are often cleared at a different amount.

Strengths: Good customer service. Very Cheery. Always willing to help us figure out any inconsistencies in banking for the business.

Needs to improve: Rates are not that great. Bank statements are inconsistent. They will clear checks at a different amount than what is written on the checks themselves. Lots of headache to try to clear these inconsistencies up. Okay for personal use, not okay for Businesses.

I had online fraud before in the past. Wells Fargo had a banker take it off and refund my money very smoothly. They are really understanding and wont let you leave being satisfied.

Strengths: Wells Fargo is a great company for any small business, always being welcomed by the employees. Very knowledgeable staff and clean environment. Many bank and ATM locations around my city and even when I travel for meetings. The investment bankers are very well trained, and put my business account very smoothly.

Needs to improve: It can take a while to get help from a banker. The fees can be toned down.

Everyone at my office has been using Wells Fargo for over 10 years and anytime we had a problem they have been right there to help us! They always are offering great promotions, and have great overdraft protection programs. The staff has always been very helpful on getting us approved on the loans we need at a low interest rate!! We highly recommend Wells fargo to any business or individual who is looking for a good bank with excellent service.

We've had business accounts with Wells Fargo for many years and are impressed with the level of customer service, client interaction and account features. Limited fees and a number of solutions for every type of client. Just wish they had more ATM locations when compared to competitors. Will continue to support and recommend primarily due to the level of attentiveness from the individual bankers.

Strengths: The strength of Wells Fargo Bank is their excellent customer service and value to each customer. They simplify the process of setting up a direct deposit - and always answer any question pertaining to your financial needs.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Wells Fargo is that on occasion there will be a slight delay in processing of my direct deposit paycheck - but this has only happened once before.

Personally have worked with the group for Insurance for clinical research. They have done a great job supporting us to acquire insurance worldwide. Our team has been happy with all of their services including the banking services, but I am able to speak to their ability to help with insurance.

Strengths: Full service bank that helps with account and can help with support for insurance as well.

My company does everything through wells fargo. They are convenient for all our employees because there are branches everywhere. They have offered very low loans for us, and if we ever have any problems they are right on it. We have never had any problems with this bank.

Overall good experience with Wells Fargo. They are very accessible especially for travel. The customer service is helpful. There are a lot of fees but it's expected for a bank of this size.

I left another bank that dropped a bunch fees for my small business account. I shopped for banks and found that Wells Fargo had the no fees for small business given a small account balance be maintained. Great bank, website and customer service.

Ive use wells fargo for years linking it with my work payroll accounts I use it for saving and helping my credit. A great bank to be with.

Easy setup of latest commercial entity (small med device business). Took care of getting everything in place and helping us set up online ijnterface for wires and their approvals.
