I book most of my asia trips thru Zen. They are very competitive. Cheaper than the websites. I booked both EVA and Cathay, and both times their pricing came under the website pricing. They also got me my visa for China for free! not sure if they do that for everyone, but its worth asking.

Strengths: They have a great sales team. They have very competitive rates for Asia. Usually can beat the website prices. They also can assist you with visa and passport issues.

Needs to improve: none

Honestly, you still can't beat a good travel agent even with all these options available to us with the internet. A good travel agent can still do amazing things for you and address many frustrating things that may come up last second on a trip that you just don't have the capacity to manage while you are already on a frustrating trip. Customer service at Zen Travel has been great and supportive even when unanticipated instances occur.

Our office uses Zen for our travel needs. They have booked our flights and have made hotel reservations whenever any of our staff needs to travel for conferences, trade shows, or seminars.
