My experience with Cintas has always been good. Theyre representatives come in at least once every two weeks and ask my guys and myself what we need and he is sure to deliver on the next visit.

Strengths: My company has a contract with Cintas because we can rely on their products to be handy when anyone gets injured on the job. Their first aid kit comes with everything you need from eye washes to antibacterial ointment and burn cream. In my field of work you can never have too many of any of these because youre bound to run into a problem and they keep us well equipped with whatever we need.

Needs to improve: I believe Cintas does need to work a little in keeping track of the expiration dates on some of their products. They do still work when theyre expired but its just comforting to know that anything we put on ourselves is in good condition and useable.

Att excels its competition because although you still lose service in certain areas it work excellent where there is service. Internet also works good in a lot of places via my mobile device.

Strengths: We use ATT smart phones for my company. We have occasionally experienced a few dropped calls but for the most part it is reliable. They have towers almost anywhere in the united states so communication amongst my team members is fairly easy. They have a great choice of smart phones and applications to run my engineering business smoothly.

Needs to improve: ATT would be even better if they had more towers in remote areas of the united states that way communication would be more effectively and I wouldn't lose contact with my fellow workers and we could understand each other better.

Staples surpasses any other office/printing store. Office Max and Office Depot have nothing on Staples and anything that they can do Staples can out do with a click of a button.

Strengths: Everytime I have ordered prints to be made whether it be of blue prints or contracts Staples have issued them in a timely manner and perfect to my expectations. There is no wait time if I email them to the store and it is ready by the time I get there waiting at the checkout desk for me to pick up and leave. Doing business with Staples is not only efficient it is also effective.

Needs to improve: I have yet to come across any areas that Staples has to improve in. the only thing I wish for is that there was one closer to my business.

Subway is my number one go to place when it comes to have food catered to my company. they always resolve any problems and remake a sandwich without complaint if it is made wrong.

Strengths: I love to give back to the people who work so hard for our company. As a weekly treat I will order from subway at least 20 sandwiches at a time. You would think that the crew at my local subway would get irritated being that we order about an hour before lunch but these friendly people are ready to make my ordering easy and fast.

Needs to improve: I have had one bad experience with subway catering. it had to do with the phone cutting in and out. I wish subway had an app that you could download and order and customize the sandwiches that way I don't have to sit on the phone with someone repeating myself over and over again. it was an unpleasant experience but my last one made up for it completely.

I am very pleased with my experience with dewalts products and services. I ordered a power drill over the internet and received the wrong product. I called and was issued my right product within a week and was told to keep the other one.

Strengths: Our company uses Dewalts powertools for all sorts of jobs on a daily basis. From power drills to mechanical saws our company depends on this brand to get the job done on the first try. When we have a problem we can count on dewalt to provide excellent customer service and answer any questions we have.

Needs to improve: There are no weaknesses that we have noticed from dewalt.
