Working in the legal field there are literally tons and tons of documents. We use Iron mountain to store older paperwork that there is no physical space for. They also have scanning service that we are using to digitize a good portion of the older materials.

On Fridays, we like to get a couple of cartons of coffee for the office as well as assorted pastries. Starbucks is close by which makes its very convenient. On too that, no one ever complains about Starbucks Fridays!

As an office administrator, Amazon is a blessing to have as a resource. They have just about anything you could think of as far as printers, monitors, paper, and the list goes on. I talked our manager into becoming Prime member so we can take advantage of the fast free shipping.

I use the Copy Max service for our office. The prices speed and quality of prints are very good and they get the copies back to me quickly, I sometimes use them for supplies but my local store is often out of stock for what we need.

I am in charge of ordering supplies for our office and I use staples for a lot of everyday items, paper, inks, pens, etc. Their online ordering is very easy and if you order enough he shipping is free. Their generic "staples" brand goods are of good quality.
