Easy to use printer/scanner/copier, cartridges are easy to change.

Strengths: Easy to use, efficient

Needs to improve: tricky to set up Wifi capable printer, took several hours...confusing manual, got some IT friend to help interpret the instructions.

Personal/business cards came out great, very professional, got a great amount of cards for the money.

Called customer service/support several times over a 4 year span. They had to send a new remote system. Not very pleased in the long run. Difficult, time consuming to update.

Strengths: Customer service listened to my problems and offered assistance.

Needs to improve: The Harmony remotes are not so good. Delicate. Static-sensitive. Updates don't update the info on the remotes, i.e. correct year, etc.
