Good experiences overall, they ship fast, accept orders easily.

Strengths: Rapid delivery, and inventory system is fast.

Needs to improve: Often have to receive a couple packages per order from them, since their inventory is spread around. Have to sometimes dig a bit in order to find technical information.

I've found very good inexpensive items at HF, and some really flaky stuff too. It's a buyer beware situation, but I will always buy from them.

Needs to improve: Rather poor quality, products are hit and miss.

Needs to improve: They don't carry quite as much as some other similar suppliers.

They ship very fast, and rarely if ever have messed-up an order.

Strengths: Easy to find and order things, good post-sale tracking.

Needs to improve: Often light on supplying much specific information on listed items. Often need to ping them for more technical details on some complex items.

They ship things very fast, plus they will ship very late in the evening if you are running late.

Strengths: Very large inventory, ease of placing orders, and clear post-order communication.

Needs to improve: They could be slightly better in reporting lifetime or EOL status. I've found a lot of errors in their characterizations.
