I love Apple products and their ability to outlast all competitors.

Strengths: Apple provides the most user friendly products on the market and also offers the most innovative technology.

Needs to improve: Very expensive if you are not committing to a contract.

They offer a wide variety of products that work equally as well as most harsh chemicals you can find in stores. Very easy to order in bulk.

Strengths: There product is eco friendly and provides a great and affordable alternative to your conventional cleaners.

Needs to improve: Nothing.

Very easy to deal with and offer very friendly customer service.

Strengths: They offer a wide variety of products and in general have a very friendly staff.

Needs to improve: Not very competitive in pricing.

Every time I place an order with Independent I always speak direct with a customer service rep and never with an automated system. They offer a wide variety of stock items and also have an in house production managers to help you from beginning to end to develop custom product for your apparel company.

Strengths: Independent Trading Co not only provides exceptional fleece they also have an amazing customer service team. They are known for their premium quality sweatshirts and attentional to detail.

Needs to improve: Nothing.

I really enjoy shopping at costco. They are very reliable and competitive on price.

Strengths: Very friendly and helpful staff. The layout of the store is similar at all locations making it easy to navigate regardless of the location.

Needs to improve: Many products are not available for extended amount of time.

Overall I have a had fairly mediocre experience with staples. I have never been wowed with their customer service and when you are in the store there are hardly any employees to assist you.

Strengths: They offer a large variety of products.

Needs to improve: Their prices are not competitive unless you are able to buy in large volumes.

Every time I order from Amazon I am very satisfied. All of my items arrive before the scheduled time and I have never had any issues.

Strengths: Amazon is by far the best online shopping website. They have best customer service, they are make it extremely easy to do returns, and everything ships very quickly !
