Our company placed many orders for multiple end users and when we placed a cancellation for 1 customer they submitted a cancellation on all orders. When we attempted to call the wait time was over and hour and we had to call multiple times to which they said it would be resolved. Ultimately they cancelled the order.

Strengths: They have a large variety of consumer electronics available for purchase.

Needs to improve: They sell on multiple selling platforms and have issues communication among sales departments.

Our company placed orders through tiger direct and found that there was a large wait time to speak to a representative. Upon which the quality of the items were unsealed but in good condition. The time receiving the items took longer than expected.

Strengths: They are able to offer great prices and offer a variety of computer equipment.

Needs to improve: They market on multiple platforms with minimal communication between each other. They often have difficulty in resolving an issue.

Ultimately my call was transferred multiple times but eventually they were able to send out an operating system with a return box for a laptop that had issues. Once I was talking to the right department they were able to resolve my issue in a timely manner.

Strengths: Great customer service with resolution and assistance.

Needs to improve: They require a lot of information to receive assistance. There is a lot of multiple departments where you are transferred around and sometimes route your call to the wrong area.

Great and direct approach to sales. Very helpful with what is able to be obtained and the timeline of when they are able to deliver on an item.

Strengths: TECHShipper is an purely online business looking to sell affordable electronics online while offering a direct approach to online services. We offer same day communication either by phone or message.

The company specializes in hard to find electronics and aged discontinued equipment.

Needs to improve: The challenges are locating large quantities of aged items for companies needing to replace servers or network devices.

There is exceptional response time and great customer service. Very helpful and easy to reach.
