Got some valves and pumps from them an they both broke

Strengths: Price is good

Needs to improve: Pumps valves are bad not good quality

Our experience with Arco has not been great. I would not recommend this company to others. Basically you get what you pay for.

Strengths: Our company order our valves for our dialysis machines from Arco which we install on a daily basis. Their products are just okay but not the best. Their deliveries are prompt and their prices are reasonable.

Needs to improve: They need to stock better products of better quality.

My work has a contract with acro to receive pneumatic pump assemblies that goes into our dialysis machines. I put together a lot of their pump assemblies and most of the time they would need to get reworked because their valves are bad or it wasn't put on correctly.

We order many valves manufactured and distributed by Acro Associates on a regular basis and install them into our dialysis machines on a daily basis. Their quality is very good and their valves are also very reliable and rarely malfunction. Their shipping methods are very efficient and pricing of shipments are also very fair and affordable.

We contracted Acro Associates Inc. for their pumps and valves. Customer service was great but their quality can be unreliable. Despite the quality issues their team was quick to correct any problems that we had. Although we had great customer service we have since sought out new vendors.

Overall our experience has been great ,when we need valves for our machines thus is where we come ,the do their job and we have no issues at all .they were helpful when we had questions about other items great service and that's a plus.

My company orders many manufacturing parts from acro that we use daily. They're pump assembly are assembled together very well and are very durable. They tend to ship fairly slow so be patient.

we purchased valves through them and they came fast and on time and that's the most important part it great service and accuracy,anytime we need more valves this is where we will come for those.

Use them for all types of motors and valves for your medical products. But of lately, Company is starting to move operations and manufacturing the valves in-house. Acro was good at training your staff!
