Great service, always accurate.

Strengths: ADP does all my payroll, for over 250 employees. They are always accurate, and for employees who recieve paper checks they alway arrive on time.

Needs to improve: Prices are a little high. But I guess with the quality customer service and accuracy It is worth it.

ADP Payroll services team members or agents are very knowledgeable of what their product is and how they can specifically assist us with our needs. From initial set-up, to daily processing and even with integration of softwares.

I've used ADP throughout my employment history and since day one its been a no-brainer to operate. Occasionally my payroll department will make a fumble, but I use ADP to prove hours worked, wage rates, etc.

I've used them for both payroll and 401k. Didn't have any major issues other than I kept forgetting my password so I had to contact my administrator several times.

ADP is what we use at work for our payroll. It's easy and convenient to use. also it provides alot information about your statement. I always recieved my pay stubs witho no issues. Highly recommend.

My employer uses ADP and have never had any issues with them, ADP's website "ipay" is one of the smartest most intuitive websites ever created I can view and print paystubs and W2's.

Accurate and updated system for viewing our paystubs online when I am at my department. The only issues is that this is not accessible at home.

ADP process our company's payroll, which include 3 different sates, they are always process on time,
with holding taxes accurate, calculate correctly of PTO time for each staff.
