It is pleasant and easy to use. They over promised.

Strengths: We use ADP for payroll and benefits service. The website has friendly interface and easy to log-in to check current status of payroll or benefits (401k, insurance). They are very responsive and customer service is helpful

Needs to improve: Hard to find someone from customer service line. They should have dedicated account managers to discuss my concerns.

Quick on time services. Paydays that fall under a holiday will pay the day before.

Strengths: Great service, accurate, and ALWAYS on time. Never had issues with my work paychecks.

Needs to improve: ADP started the use of paperless paychecks (via company issued debit card). I personally have direct deposit but for the older people who rely on cashing in a paycheck, not so good.

There is a reason why they are an industry leader. We contract ADP to handle our payroll and have not had any issues to date. They are extremely professional, accountable and easy to reach should anything arise. Staff is very experienced and customer service was very responsive. Quality team that yielded consistent results.

Strengths: Our firm uses this vendor to supply payroll services to all employees. The customer service group is always willing to answer questions and is very knowledgable - you will get an answer, and they are reliable.

Needs to improve: The web site service isn't always intuitive and can raise a lot of questions.

When we grew as a company we realized we could not do everything in house. Payroll was one of the first things we contracted out for and have not looked back since. ADP provides us for what we need at a reasonable price. Until we grow larger, we're happily stuck with ADP.

I use ADP to check on my check stubs more often then I do my own company pay roll website, it's much easier and faster to get to

Strengths: All info needed to know of your check stub, pay, PTO and sick pay. simple and easy to get your info on your past and upcoming pay checks.

We are a small starup company. it's convenience to use ADP service for our payroll with a low cost. Overall we are happy with the services and never have any problem with roll. Once it's setup then everything can't manage online to input the employee hours and get pay on time.

I have used ADP for payroll at 3 companies, one mid-size and two start-ups. We only used them for payroll, taxes, and 401K deduction management.

Strengths: Full service shop that can deal with payroll, tax filings, 401K deductions, insurance, etc.

Needs to improve: Can be costly if not set up correctly. Do have good incentives for small companies.

from day one I've use this ADP payroll svc and I can easily check it online my work hours, vacation hours and wage rate right away. I have no issues of using it. it is very convenient and I highly recommend ADP payroll Svc.

I can definitely get all my pay stubs on ADP which is very helpful and it's fast and reliable service

The ADP staff have always been very responsive to my needs.

Strengths: They have many years of presence in the payroll and human resource management space. They offer a fairly convenient employee portal for managing timekeeping and access to human resources information.

Coming in to work every morning and using one of the machines operated by adp make getting paid on time a great experience

They are accurate, very easy to work with when it comes to payroll administration. All that ease of use comes with a high price. In the end it is worth every penny to have no payroll headaches.
