Air Chek is unique in that they are the only passive device service that I am aware of in the industry that will provide same day analysis for no additional fees (standard).
Strengths: Simple to use, dependable passive radon testing devices. Available for residential or commercial applications. Easy to follow instructions provided. Lab services provide an industry leading turn around time, essential for real estate transaction testing.
Needs to improve: Passive devices have limitations and draw backs. It is important that the radon professional understands the limitations and guidelines for using their devices in order to achieve accurate testing results.
My firm utilizes Air Check to perform radon testing. They are equipped to handle both residential or commercial inquiries, but we contracted on several commercial space that we were retrofitting. We were delighted with the fast turnaround and the level of data analysis. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and always helpful to offer effective solutions and objective answers. Will use for future radon tests.
