We had to translate our website into different languages. They were extremely professional and was very transparent in all timelines and expectations.

Needs to improve: They are not great in all languages and types of projects. I would recommend more straightforward translations with little or no slang.
we have a contact with ATA for translational services. when a customer comes in and does not speak english, ATA has provided us a direct number to call to provide language translation in the needed language. this makes our job a lot easier when a customer comes in and needs a consultation on their medication but does not speak english. we pay a monthly fee with ata.

They were extremely professional, kept us at ease the whole time and delivered quality results. We were able to explore multiple firms as a result and would have been at a huge disadvantage without them. Competitive rates and a great value.
