Appleone Employment Services

In general, we received a higher quality group of candidates through Appleone over Craigslist, but I'm not convinced that it's worth the cost. With Craigslist the cost is only $15 and posting on college career center sites are free. Appleone charges 20% of the first annual salary. So, to find an entry level employee that was making $35,000/year cost us $7000. And the result was equivalent to what we could find using other means. The main difference is that the process of using Appleone does save a significant amount of time. Just not sure it was worth $7000 for the time saved.

Strengths: They greatest strength of Appleone is that they provide skills and assessment testing to prospective employees. That allows us to narrow the field without having to take the time to assess each candidate ourselves.

Needs to improve: The cost of using Appleone is very high. They charged 20% of the first annual salary. In addition, the candidate pool was hit or miss.

Appleone got us what we needed within the scope of our project. There were very few issues and we were happy with the service we got from Appleone. We would use them again but will try to plan in advance so that it will be a smoother process next time.

Strengths: They were quick in providing us staffing needs when we were in a time crunch. It was a fast and we were able to finish the project on time due to the additional help we were provided.

Needs to improve: Some of the quality of the workers were not up to par but it was a quick turnaround. We did get replacement workers when some were not up to par. We believe that is normal given the time frame of the project.

They underwhelmed a bit and under delivered. The candidate pool was large, but lack quality.

Strengths: We sourced this vendor for our office manager. The account manger assigned to us was always readily available to discuss our needs. the line of communication was open and they did a decent job finding the right candidate.

Needs to improve: The screening process could improve. They did not go above and beyond but just did the minimum in terms of regular background checks and skill testing.

The customer service is not good. No response from them.

Strengths: Not a great company

Needs to improve: Very small. No market presence. Does not have enough clients.

It is difficult to get a hold of anyone there. There are better staffing companies in the area.

Great vendor, they're quick to staff us, with reasonable fees, and we are very satisfied with their services. We will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

Strengths: We have used employees from Appleone Employment Services, when we were behind on completing a project, they were quick to staff us, although, some of the staff weren't as experienced as we needed them to be, Appleone, was able to handle the situation, there was a quick turnaround and they staffed us adequately and our project was finished on time. The staff is great and we can always count on Appleone Employment Services to meet our needs, they have reasonable fees, and they staff is well.

Needs to improve: At one time they staffed us with employees, that didn't meet our expectations.

I would not use them as there are other better staffing agencies.

Strengths: Good paying jobs, diverse employment practices and quick response.

Needs to improve: They are very picky in who they contact; of the times I've been contacted regarding my credentials the employees in my region have been snarky and unprofessional.

I do not understand why this company still exists. I have not had luck as an employee nor employer. There is not response or follow through the majority of the time.

Strengths: None for me personally.

Strengths: Not a leader in the marketplace. Do not have competitive talent as others. There are other good firms out thers.

Needs to improve: I would not recommend using this staffing agency. Does not have enough listings. Always short staffed.

We have been contracting with appleone for many years, for one it is local and near our business. We have ordered many different software to keep our human resources in line. We have gone to them due to our last HR not meeting requirements. We love what they have to offer and it keeps our business circle.

Strengths: great company, great staff with a beautiful designed website to navigate through.

Needs to improve: pricing could be better with the some of the lower quality products.

We called them out of the blue because we needed someone local to them to fill a quick spot. They understood the situation and gave us what we needed.

Strengths: These guys are Johnny on the spot, and when we needed help from a distance they supplied an employee who delivered on the task.

Needs to improve: none. we would use them again.

We contracted Appleone for our staffing needs. As a small firm we run lean until we need to ramp up. We were impressed by the quality of the staffers as they learned our procedures quickly and were up and running in no time. Quality team that yielded us solid results

Good vendor for reliable temps that we can rely on for a good fit in out groups. The ease of using this vendor keeps us going back to them. The quality temps makes them a vendor many of our managers go to.

I turned to appleone to help me find a job they kinda took a long time but found me something eventually
