we have been using Beahm Designs fuse boxes for quite sometime now and are very satisfied with all the work the box allows us to do on a regular basis. we mainly use them for custom moldings with our dialysis machines and it always does the trick with no problems,

We currently have 5 Beahm hot air boxes in production and in the R&D room. The adaptors that go with it make it so convenient to shrink tubing and cure. We had been using a more manual process, and this box is so much more useful. A bit pricey, but worth it

I've ordered several equipment from them such as hotboxes, vertical heat shrinkers, balloon bonders. I was very pleased with they're catheter processing equipment. They deliver quickly for they're basic off the shelf machines, but anything that requires custom assembly can take months.

I've never seen any of their equipment go down. It's good stuff.

Strengths: Having worked on several types of catheters at several different companies, I can say Beahm is the most commonly used supplier of equipment for heat shrink and adhesive curing applications.

Needs to improve: It's not very easy to find supporting techical information on their website.

Beahm hot boxes are an asset during protytping and on the line. There are options to customize the nozzle, which are interchangeable. However, you can just as easily pay less and get a custom nozzle made elsewhere or machined in house if your company has a machine shop.

They have different options where we can adjust appropriates settings in our process. We've been using their thermal bonders in all these years. its never easier in our assembly. we made lots of good feedback from our customers ever since we use Beahm Designs' products.

My company has sourced many thermal bonders from Beahm Designs. Their tools are high quality and our employees have enjoyed using them. One thing I have noticed is that their turnaround time is not always the quickest so it can cause delays in your manufacturing process.

Used many of their hot boxes for catheter prototype development and manufacturing; have ordered custom nozzles from them and also been able to make custom ones in-house for use with their hot boxes

My company uses their fuze boxes for cuzing molds in our r&d lab. Box is very durable and very high in quality. We've been using the for a few months now and still havnt had any problems with them. Great product

Beahm Innovates tube processing machines to perform the principal composition of catheter manufacturing. These machines eliminate operator dependency, stabilize tube processing functions and provide repeatable results. Very good low costing prodcuts for our medical devices.

I worked with them to create a custom heat shrinker for the company. The equipment worked ok, but it came 2 weeks later than promised.

they make many manufacturing equipment that is commonly used in catheter assembly. we use a number of their products and i have always been pleased with their products. excellent quality and good customer support as well.

I use them for a number of application but main heat fusing various polymers. Their equipment is always accurate and precise. Very easy to use and the customer support is excellent.

They are masters in catheter assembly equipment. They have heat shrinkers and hot boxes that are customizable for your every need. They are very well versed in thermal bonding. However they take forever for product delivery.
