We order microscopes and various measurement devices from Bi Optic. They offer great value and a solid selection to choose from. Customer service is great and lead time is fairly short. Accurate quotes, ease of order and a knowledgeable staff keep us coming back. Will continue to support.

Our company ordered lenses from Bi Optic and everything was fine with the product it was just the service when it had to do with shipping on time,we received our order late ,I called customer service and the were very polite about it and gave me a discount.

He can provide excellent advice to help you find what you need and can maintain and refurbish microscopes and toolmakers mic's to keep them running in good form. While inventory varies, the used equipment can also offer a cheaper alternative to purchasing new.

Paul is awesome. Very knowledgeable. He's a great source for new, refurbished or maintenance of you microscopes. Great customer service. I've used Bi Optic numerous times when setting up new labs. Paul refurbishes microscopes to better than new at less than 1/2 the cost.

We have used Bi-Optic to repair our existing scopes, and have even purchased a couple new workstations from them for the R&D lab. Good price on imitation Leica scopes.
