Boker's, Inc.

We have ordered flat washers from Broker's Inc. at times over the years. On their website you can input the ID & OD for a specific washer size and they usually have it available in you specific size requirements. We have ordered mainly flat washers, but they offer other options such as bevel, wave, d-shape, square, rectangular, spring, tab lock-washer, etc... to many types to mention. I have used the tab lock-washer for a few designs and it has allowed the assembler to locate the washer and keeps their hands free for other tasks - a real savings. Broker's website is a great source for information, but they do have a phone number to call if you need to talk with a real person.

Needs to improve: They are a large company and it tends to take a great amount of patience to get them to answer specific questions when ordering custom parts. I am old school and find that the website is sometime less responsive then a real person when looking for answers.

Boker's has hacked into or had someone hack into other peoples websites and put their information on the end of the website so that when you click on read more and then other process links it goes to their website. This is very unethical and I do not do business with unethical companies. If they do this on the internet they will cheat you!

We use to ghetto fabricate all our brackets. They did the job, but they were like Sam Cassell, not much to look at. Function over form when we don't have the funds. But now as we are growing we wanted to spruce things up a bit and wanted to create a good culture for our company inside and out. Model that to our products. Organized, beautiful and clean inside and out. When got ride of our ghetto fab parts and stepped it up a notch to Boker's brackets. These things are form and function. Looks great, feels great and gets the job done. We're happy with their products.

Strengths: Washers, Washers and Washers! Go to Boker's Inc for washers. I have never seen a company with so many different type of metal and plastic washers. Also they have other products and services as well but when it comes to washers they are the King of washers. They even offer custom washers to meet your exact specifications. I am sure if you are looking for a washer and if the washer unique and hard to find, seek no more. I would try them first...It's a good chance you will find it. Quality is good. Quotes are accurate and delivery is on time.

Boker's Inc is one of our reliable vendors. Their products that they provide to us, custom metal brackets, are useful, dependable and durable. We use their metal brackets to hold our front panel touch screen from our medical device. It is easy to install, the fitting and the holes are perfectly crafted and the materials are strong. This product is high on quality. Customer service is easy to reach and knowledgeable on their product. Price is expensive though.

We have purchased industrial strength metal and plastic washers in the past from Boker's. They were great to work with and were helpful even though located in a different state. Their products integrated seamlessly into our machinery and their support staff was also very helpful for any questions or concerns we had.

Boker's inc currently provide us with brackets for our devices. They are very good at what they do there staff is great at helping you figure out exactly what you need and what your exactly going to need per request. The pricing is fair nothing that is out if the ordinary and turn around time is fairly quick as well.
