Budget Rentacar

Waited in line, past midnight, for at least 2 hours. Considering the number of agents helping customers, it should not have taken this long. The agent also tacked on SLI and lied that it was mandatory in the state of Florida. I had to follow-up with Budget corporate after to determine that I was lied to. And I didn't get my money refunded until after filing a credit card dispute and filing a claim with BBB.

Yes, they are one of the cheaper options but I'd avoid them at least at the Orlando airport.

Strengths: Convenient location at the airport. Good prices on car rentals

Needs to improve: Horrible wait times and unknowledgeable and shady employees who try to sneak in and tack on additional/unnecessary services.

They delivered to expectation though with room for improvement.

Strengths: I arrived at LAX 10am on a Tuesday and the airport was busy. Waited about 2 minutes for the shuttle with a courteous driver. The shuttle stops at each terminal and with airport traffic takes at least 15 minutes to get to the off-sight lot. Overall, a good experience though I wish it were more efficient.

Needs to improve: I would have liked the service to be better and the process, more efficient.

Fast, easy and efficient. One of the many rental companies conveniently located next to the airport with a free shuttle to/from the terminals. The staff was courteous and professional, and drop-off was quick. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Strengths: Cheap rental cars, located in all the major airports, good customer service.

Needs to improve: They do not have a vey good selection of high end luxury cars.

I've always found great deals at Budget in comparison to other rental car agencies. Their weekly and weekend rental promotions are often cheaper than one day rentals elsewhere. Budget has friendly customer service, and a broad selection of cars.

Needs to improve: Long wait times at the airport unless you're a member.

Budget is one of the few truck companies we work with to transport vehicles. They are always very professional and prices are fair. Trucks are up to date and work flawlessly.

I've used budget for rental cars needed during domestic travel for executives.

Strengths: They seem to be one of the more inexpensive rental car agencies. They always have what I'm looking for in economy models.

Needs to improve: They don't really have that many hybrid or luxury model vehicles

I use Budget on occasion when I travel. Their company provides decent vehicle transportation when you are traveling. Their vehicles could be a little better, but all things considered Budget is a decent rental service.

i like enjoying renting from budget more than most of the other services. i do find them generally cheaper with a decent variety of cars to fit your needs

budget is generally cheaper in my opinion of all the major rental car agencies (they also aren't dominated by GM cars which i despise). i usually lean towards budget or hertz for my rental needs

good reliable rental car service. they have many locations to rent from. i think their costs have been cheaper than the other major services from my experience

Using Budget has been simple and satisfactory. Vehicles have been resonably clean

Needs to improve: GPS option is out of date on POIs

Use them for car rentals for clients. Sometimes they will quote a vehicle that is not there when you pick it up.
