Strengths: Bulk items, easy return, great customer service

Needs to improve: Does not pay the manufacturer/distributor for goods available at store until the products have been purchased. If goods are returned by the customer, Costco will send it back to the manufacturer/distributor for refund.

everyone knows costco and knows its a awesome place. they also do corporate deliveries, so its very useful for places such as small startups to get deliveries from costco to stock your drinks, sodas, food, office supplies, furniture, etc. very convenient and as always, great customer service

Since we have a Costco a mile away, its easy for us to get our janitorial supplies same day. Great return policy as well

I used Costco to buy everything from kitchen supplies to food to folding chairs. It is great to have a place so close to work that has so much stuff related to the food industry. A real life saver!

We bought 5 monitors for our lab to connect with our visual/scope system. As everyone knows very easy to return the item and they have the cheapest price tag. The quality is very reasonable.

Costco is a great place to purchase office supplies since their prices are consistently cheaper than the competition (unless you catch Staples or Office Depot on some crazy deal). Plus, if there are issues, Costco will refund or replace with no questions asked.

When i owned my deli costco and sams club were the only places i needed to shop at. They have just about everything you need to run a small business. Really nice place with great customer service

My job cafe always get their supplies from costco! everything is fresh. i shop their and my company does! cant go wrong with costco if you need large amounts of food prodcut or supplies.
